Mark Rovinskiy graduated from the Law School of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2005. In 2008 Mark received Certificate as Tax Adviser RF. Mark is also a member of European Fiscal Association.

Mark specializes in tax law, including various issues of international taxation and transfer pricing regulations, financial law, foreign exchange regulation and foreign exchange control legislation, banking & financing, customs as well as civil law, corporate law and procedural law.

Mark is a tax adviser qualified in the Russian Federation. He has a large experience in tax support of numerous cross-border transaction in various industries, tax structuring of financial products, tax support of investment transactions as well as conducting of tax due diligences of  local group companies and multinational companies and tax disputes resolution.  

Within last few years Mark has participated in and managed different projects connected with tax structuring of M&A transactions, tax structuring of investments with regard to Russian market entry projects and cross-border real estate transactions, tax structuring of debt and equity financing.

Mark also has an extensive experience in sphere of direct and indirect tax dispute resolution. During the last few years Mark successfully represented major European companies from retail, production, finance, and automotive industries in administrative and court disputes on various tax matters.
