Mr. Mikhel is the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the Belarusian Public Association of Commercial Lawyers, a Member of the Foreign Investment Advisory Council at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus  and a member of the Best Lawyers Advisory Board. Mr. Mikhel also acts as a counsel on the largest investment projects in the Republic of Belarus.  

Mr. Mikhel graduated with honours degree from the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University.
