Elena Korshikova joined RULG as a Legal Assistant, where her duties included drafting contracts, memoranda, and other legal documents.

She graduated from the Department of Law of the Presidential University of the Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management with a specialisation in Commercial and Labor Law in February 2002.

Ms. Korshikova has over ten years of experience in corporate, business, and labour law. She focuses her practice on labour and regulatory issues, foreign direct investments as well as issues of corporate, commercial and civil law.

In 1996, Ms. Korshikova qualified as a Business Manager and Economist after graduating from the Joint Department of the Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management and Ukrainian Institute for Improvement of Education Managers' Professional Skills.

Prior to joining RULG, Ms. Korshikova worked as a personal assistant to the Chief of the General Representative Office of Foreign Companies in Ukraine. In this position, along with her duties, she also carried out research of legal economics, politics, markets, and social industries.

Ms. Korshikova is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, and has a working knowledge of English.
