Ms. Momoshova specializes in tax law as well as data protection, banking and finance and corporate law. During her two years of work with the Kalikova & Associates tax law practice group, she has been advising clients on taxation aspects of business start ups, tax consequences of different types of contracts, and loan and secured transactions.

In 2009 Ms. Momoshova received LLM degree in International Business Law from the Central European University in Hungary, having completed a B.A. in Law at the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan in 2008.

Ms. Momoshova is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, English and Turkish.
