Mr. Issyk specializes in civil law, corporate law, M&A, banking law, securities and derivatives, financial transactions, currency regulation, international commercial arbitration, tax law and labour law.

Before joining Aequitas in 2004 he worked as a paralegal at a law firm in London. He graduated with honours from the Academy of Jurisprudence, Higher Law School Adilet (2003), and holds a LLM degree (University of Westminster, London, UK, 2004).

Mr. Issyk is fluent in Russian and English.
