Konstantin Mikhel is the Managing Partner of Vlasova, Mikhel & Partners law firm.

Graduated from the Law Faculty of Belarusian State University (Minsk, Belarus), he practices since 1995. His practice areas are litigation and arbitration, taxation, international commercial law.

Mr Mikhel is Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Belarusian Public Association of Commercial Lawyers; Member of the Foreign Investment Advisory Council At the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (investment legislation improvement working group, customs regulations improvement working group, taxation policy working group, accounting system working group).

Konstantin Mikhel is acknowledged by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, laureate of the Highest Lawyer's Award "Femida" (2010). Invited in capacity of an expert when developing drafts of legislative acts.
