Chisinau, Moldova - On 17 October 2012, AXA Management Consulting has announced the results of its "Best Companies to Work For" study, with Turcan Cazac ranked in the top 10. The study has been conducted since 2008 and this is the firm's first year participating.

The other nine companies in the top are Coca Cola Imbuteliere Chisinau, DRA Draexlmaier Automotive, Mary Kay, the local banks Victoriabank and Procredit Bank, as well as the telecom companies Moldtelecom and Orange Moldova, local construction company Glorinal and private electricity distributor Red Union Fenosa.

The study was based on surveying professionals in managerial positions in about 30 companies in Moldova. The survey evaluated a range of factors pertinent to employee satisfaction, including working conditions, development opportunities, pay and benefits, company prospects in its industry, internal working practices and communication, clarity of the organizational structure and goals, as well as the sense of organizational belonging.

The entire Turcan Cazac team is delighted to learn of the recognition; unfortunately, the exact company rank could not be made public, provided that not all participating companies have consented to this matter.
