CIS LCN hosted meeting with the CIS legal market leaders in London

On September 7, 2011, The Lawyer, leading British legal publication, supported by CIS Leading Counsel Network (LCN) welcomed the legal market leaders from the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) economic region in London. The event offered unique local insight and legal advice on doing business in key jurisdictions across the CIS region.

Speakers delivered reports covering foreign investment and dealing with local government issues with special focus on M&A market. They answered questions on how to avoid traps and pitfalls and safeguard investments in Russia and the CIS region. The discussion also covered latest developments in the legal and business environment in the region.
