On 20 September 2014, AEQUITAS was welcoming a high delegation of China Law Society, the country's professional association of lawyers, who are travelling on a business visit to Kazakhstan and Russia.  The visit is dedicated to the forthcoming IV China-Eurasia Legal Forum to take place in September 2015 in Xi’an, China.  The Forum will focus on the legal aspects of cooperation in the field of trade, logistics, cultural heritage, tourism development, fight against terrorism and other issues of international cooperation of the economies of the Great Silk Road countries.

During their meeting at AEQUITAS office, the participants shared views on the state of cooperation between Kazakh and Chinese lawyers and discussed possible ways of expanding this cooperation.  The head of delegation, Mr. Zhou Zhanhua, extended through AEQUITAS an invitation to all members of the Kazakhstan legal community and other interested persons to participate in the Forum.  The Forum is expected to last 4 days, its program encompassing attendance at the opening ceremony of the Eurasian Economic Forum and an entertainment program.
