Chisinau, Moldova - Turcan Cazac is recognized as one of the best firms to work for in Moldova: based on a study by AXA Management Consulting, the firm ranks third among the 37 participating companies, all major employers in Moldova.  This is the second year that Turcan Cazac takes part in the study, having placed in the top 10 last year as well (with the exact rank not announced then).

The study is based on a comprehensive survey of employee satisfaction, measuring such aspects as remuneration, working conditions, resources, training opportunities, career prospects, communication, team dynamics, as well as organizational identification and commitment.  The goal of the study is to provide the employers substantial feedback for enhancing team efficiency, motivation and performance.

Turcan Cazac is the only law firm in the announced top of the 10 best employers; the other companies making the list are the cosmetics distributor Mary Kay Moldova, beverage and bottling company Coca-Cola Imbuteliere Chisinau, telecom company Moldcell, global tobacco company JT International Luxembourg, oil company Petrom-Moldova, logistics and distribution company Orbico, private electricity distributor Red Union Fenosa, as well as local banks Procredit Bank and Eximbank - Gruppo Veneto Banca.
