Svetlana Dashuk, partner of Vlasova, Mikhel and Partners law firm, Head of Corporate Law practice, commented on the Decree No. 2 of January 24, 2013, concerning changes in registration of legal entities, for Belarusian Bureau of Prime-Tass

"The decree reworded as follows the provision on registration and the provision on liquidation of business entities and entrepreneurs in Belarus", - Svetlana Dashuk, partner of Vlasova Mikhel and Partners law firm, commented to of PRIME-TASS agency.

As Svetlana Dashuk noted that in addition to the liberalization moments the decree contains a number of the new norms limiting participation of legal entities and citizens in creation of the commercial organizations.
