The firm was founded in Kiev, Ukraine in 1992 - the first year of Ukraine's independence. In 1995, we set up our Washington office, making the RULG - Ukrainian Legal Group the first and, to date, the only Ukrainian law firm with an office in the United States. The two offices work together to meet the challenges and ensure the success of our clients' ventures in the rapidly developing CIS markets.
